Tarja Stephens: we are the last generation to manage only humans

Ülemiste City Future Forum is happy to announce that Tarja Stephens, a Finnish-American business leader, author, keynote speaker, will be speaking at the conference. Tarja Stephens is an executive advisor focused on how AI is changing work, leadership, and careers. 

Her work helps organizations prepare and support the people who are increasingly responsible for managing and overseeing AI systems, while helping professionals navigate the transition into the AI economy. 

According to Tarja Stephens we are living through one of the largest workforce transformations of our working lives. „As people enter the AI economy, they need more agency over their work and careers, not less. Most companies have an AI technology strategy. Far fewer have a management strategy to support the people who are now responsible for managing and overseeing increasingly capable AI systems.“ 

Tarja Stephen will speak on the first day of the conference and also do a separate workshop on the second day.
